Assistant/əˈsɪst(ə)nt/ (n): Trợ lý (someone who is directly below a manager in position, and who helps the manager to do their job)

Second-in-command (n) Phó/Người phó (someone in an organization who is directly below a manager in position and who is in charge when the manager is not there)

• I left the details to John Hanney, who has been my second-in-command for the past two years.

Vice- /vaɪs/ combining form (dùng để thành lập danh từ): Phó (next in rank to sb and able to represent them and act for them)

• Vice director: Phó Giám đốc
• Vice president: Phó chủ tịch
• Vice chairman: Phó chủ tịch
• The chairman resigned and handed control to his vice-chairman.
